HACCP


HACCP is an internationally recognised management tool for managing food safety. It was developed to systematically identify, assess and manage risks that may harm the consumer. Our quality system is structured according to HACCP principles and approved by the Danish food authorities that perform periodic inspections of our manufacturing facilities, production processes and products.
