Receiving frozen shellfish and surimi products, defrosting, weighing into pots/buckets, filling on cold brine, putting on lid, batch numbering, date marking, packing on pallets, cold storage, shipment

Intended use

All Chrisfish brine products are ready-to-eat products. When the content of the pot has been drained, the product is ready to be served.


Shrimps, crayfish tails, and clams may be consumed by EVERYONE, except from people allergic to shellfish.
Surimi products may be eaten by EVERYONE, except from people allergic to fish, shellfish, egg, gluten, and products hereof.
